The Regional Sales Head from LifeCell called me to discuss my concerns and also took time to understand my frustration. He has assured me of a speedy resolution as well as assured me that
the feedback provided by me will be taken in to consideration and will be shared with the relevant teams so that the experience for other customers can be improved.
I am currently happy with the approach, however it is subject to all my concerns being addressed. Currently I am making modifications based on the assurance sent to me by the Regional Sales Head of Lifecell post our telephonic discussion.
