First time when we went to Little Italy Christmas time, we liked the ambiance and the food, which took us again to this place. But the second time we went a regular Sunday, the things were different. The staff was not responsive, the stewards were wandering why people are still coming, they were reluctant to serve etc.
Highlight is the steward asking "would you go for Mineral water or regular water" 3-4 times like a guy selling water at railway station even after he is clearly informed(head strong). When asked to serve soup, the steward says " its live , serve it yourself"(careless attitude towards guests). When asked for manager, there’s no Manager around!!!! A guy comes saying he is senior captain and cock-a-doddles sorry, sorry, sorry as if that is the only word he knows. We said we are not willing to pay.
Reply- Sorry but pay. That guy was even ready to snatch the credit card from the table. When asked the details of manager, number of one guy Mr.Ganesh is given to us. Mr.Ganesh turns up and says he is senior captain and again "sorry". Please call manager- reply "sorry". Finally Ganesh walks away kicking his own feet in front of guests saying "Pay or leave" ( but nothing would be taken care of )we were so embarrassed by the situation we paid and got ourselves out of there. Will never go back to little Italy even for the good ambiance and good food because of the reluctant attitude of the staff.
