MakeMyTrip is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

Poor after sales service

Offered cash back (confirmed with ICICI) on credit card but have not  been credited with the same amount in-spite of repeated reminders nor been given any clear explanation.


Suggest taking in writing the exact nature & amount of discount, cash back etc
