I taken one policy, 1st they issue wrong policy with mistakes, issued after delay of one months. after complain no resolution. no support from customer service. only sms that maxlife will contact you in next 48 hr, but no support no response not resolution . totally wastage of money. not reliable company. I will not take any policy from them even if they give free.
I have taken policy term life for 3cr, paid premium but they have not issued policy as promised in their prospectus, when I called up to their customer care they said that they have resisted complain and respond in next 48 hr but after 48 hr again one sms that they have registered complain and will respond to next 48 hr . after 14 days I have written mail but only automatic response to mail that maxlife will resolve your issue but they never resolve neighter they contact. this is worst in category, I call several time but no response.
even after that when I was to change to new insurer I thought I should give a change I told them that if you are not going to listen I will change but they did not bothered to even call back .
the worst service ever seen.
will never recommend anyone.
