I had been admitted at Queen’s NRI hospital, Vizag on 03/11/2015 and gone through ACL reconstruction surgery and minuscus repair for left knee on 05/11/2015 and the final bill was estimated for approx INR 1, 00, 000 and the complete amount was claimed on 08/11/2015 the same day when my discharge summary was prepared.
