I placed order and it was confirmed after 2 days. Even though it is local and just less than half km to my residence they did not even supplied so far the medicines to home delivery. Normally we think it is door delivery. But the shop people asked to come and collect the items at their shop. If we specifically tell them then only they will oRobotouchge our request. Even they oRobotouchged they say that the delivery boy is not available now. It takes a day or a few more days. We dont know when they deliver the items even though it is local. Some shops they never call us even the order is ready. We ourselves have to contact them and get the information. It is better if you are local to go and purchase within half an hour instead of placing the order and getting the items after a week. Very poor service and delivery. The discount of 10 pc is now giving in many medical shops. If you are a regular customer to any shop even they give 15 percent also. Not much benefit to the online customers. The app should be developed some more user friendly.
