As like everyone I had a lot of movers & packers quotes for moving form Delhi to Pune. Being movesure/Movemate a pretty new company it was difficult for me to gain trust. However their professional staff and the through packing that was done by movesure / movemate team was commendable. There were few glitches, but I feel satisfied as my stuff reached me almost safe in 5 days(as compared to horrifying stories I have heard).
Out of my complete household items around 5-6 of the big items couldn’t be packed at home because of shortage of material they had brought, however they assured me that they would pack the same in warehouse to the same extent that they did at my home. I had no option than to trust these guys and they made sure before the truck moves out of delhi all the stuff was neatly packed.

On the contrary below are the issues which I faced:
The truck internally had some edges which scratched my Dining table and Bed top. There were some damage to the corners.
Their has been damage to furniture, but only to extent of scratches
Some of the stuff which I couldn’t number as that was just put in truck in the last dint arrive like garden tools(khurpi), 1 moorha,
2 of my flower bass broke and all my pots also broke(they dint guarantee pots delivery in 1 piece).
Due to some material issues, the packing and loading took around 15hrs of time i.e. they started at 9:00am and finished around 12:00 in the night.
My bike fron’t tyre guard broke.
