I just want to inform you that mtnl Delhi internet service is very bad. they just joke with the customer.
after my internet stopped working and landline goes dead, I filed a complaint online (after 2 days no response) than contacted on phone 1504 and tell the customer care, he gave me non-sense answer and forwarded my complaint to concern department. after one week technician came but not able to solve the problem. again I reported on 1504 which says ’technician will come again’.
2 week are over nobody come to resolve the issue, even the technician switched off the phone. Moreover mtnl online fault reporting system automatically removes complaints without resolving them I filed 2-3 times there but they automatically remove in 2-3 days(approx).
Final words: mtnl having very bad service support, I never recommend mtnl for internet. Friends this is a real case so please be aware of mtnl
