I had ordered online a Levis Denim Jeans - Grey Colour and my order number is 2960280, when the product was delivered to my after 4 weeks and full payment, it was of a wrong colour ( Blue) and not in a good condition. When I called up the customer support I spoke to a Mr.Joseph and explained my problem to him expecting a solution, he instead of being apologetic or helpful rudely told me that they do not have any Grey color jean and nor do they have a replacement policy. I can just grin and bear the blue jean or take a refund. When I asked to be connected to someone senior again his response was that I should just take the refund.
What I would like to understand from the management is
- If the product was not available, why was it displayed online?
2. If there was no stock at the time of delivery why is it that I was not informed or my consent obtained before shipping me a different product?
I do not wish to have any refund, I just want what I had ordered for to be delivered to me in good condition.
