One day I was watching naaptol channel and they were advertising Quilts and they light weight and 5 different colours. I like the Quilts so I decided to order them. I received the order within 10 days and then moment I opened them I realised that they were not the colours I ordered but any hoe my mother liked the colour, so we decided to accept the order. The real problem came when my mom went it to laundry for washing. It got fade a dark red color quilt turned into pale red.I was disappointed with the products offered at naaptol. So I gave a call to customer service and they informed that they won’t be able to replace as they are used now. So conclude that customer service is bad and the product quality is worst and delivery was in time. The reliability is zero and u cannot become reliable on them .The app and website is good but they advertise poor quality of products.So guy donot come into trap of the false sellers and false goods.Pls donot use naaptol
