I’m writing to express my utter disappointment with the service I received today at your Naturals BTM branch. I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years, but after today’s experience, I’m seriously reconsidering that loyalty.
I brought my 2-year-old for their first haircut, a significant moment for our family. We had three family members present to support the child, and let me be clear—Naresh did a stellar job, as always. But the manager, Janshi, was shockingly rude and unprofessional. From the moment we walked in, she kept telling us to "clear the crowd, " making us feel unwelcome and unwanted. It was as if we were an inconvenience, rather than paying customers.
Let me make one thing clear: we weren’t causing a scene or disturbing anyone. We were simply there to ensure our child’s first haircut went smoothly. Janshi’s behavior was not only unnecessary but completely out of line. I’ve spent 15 years trusting Naturals with my grooming needs, but today’s experience left a bad taste in my mouth. This is not the service I expect, and it’s certainly not what I deserve after years of loyalty.
I expect this feedback to reach the appropriate channels and for immediate action to be taken. If this is how long-time customers are treated, then you can bet I’ll be looking elsewhere for my future needs. Consider this a wake-up call—do better.
