I have policy(30132525201402) hearbeat gold 5 lacs 2 adult, 1 child.
My wife admitted in hospital on 10-Jan-2014, I have applied for cashless option pre-auth(63831) which was denied with reason( clause 4(a) benefit will not be available for per-existing conditions until 48 months).
I am max bupa customer since 17-Sep-2012, as per my policy 4(a) gold & platinum plan having 24 month & silver having 48 month waiting period.
I am holding gold from last 28 month, how can you denied cashless pre-auth(63831) with reason waiting period 48 month, need clarification .
