Firstly, these people do not have an extensive hospital tie up.for instance, there are very few hospitals in kerala who accept max bupa.Secondly, they provide you a card for cashless hospitalization which is a scam, many hospitals do not accept it. Thirdly, a plethora of diseases are not covered under the policy, which they say "is mentioned in the policy document. "and finally there is only one service outlet in the whole kerala which is in cochin, and most of the time they do not pick up calls. . From my experience.. Worst health insurance ever.. Not at all recommended.
