I received Braun air brush on 28th May , apparently i realised that it’s not the one I wanted to order and immediately placed a request for either a return or replacement . since then I must have put in 10 requests , however , no response received other than a robotic response on the chat tool which says that we are not accepting returns and at the Sam time it says that u can make the return within 5 days of delivery of the product .Now if I have invested in something which is totally useless to me then why would I keep it ? It’s not a make up product then why aren’t u accepting a return or replacement ? What I wanted was Braun hair styler 3 not 1.. please don’t make a loot at this time .??
