Yesterday I booked Honda Activa at sub dealer - Jayna Auto Borivali.(With OEM dealer frustration)
To my surprise, the vehicle is billed by Vihan Honda Thane.
It seems Honda 2 wheeler company has joined hand with dealers.
Background:
OM Sai Honda has stopped booking. Venetian Honda waiting period 2 months with complusary accessories. If you call Mr. Ishan Shah of Venetian Honda - he promises delivery 20-25 days but sales person while booking promise 60 days for vehicle + 15 days for registration.
Experience at Venetian Honda - Complusary extra insurance cover 100% - Insurance company Iffco-Tokyo-for if vehicle is stolen. As if dealer is encouraging robbers to steal the vehicle and have his share in insurance.
There is no transparency in pricing. Everyone is trying to encash the situation. Vehicles are readily available at Sub dealer - Sahajanand Auto, Bajura Sales, Jayna auto, Jhaveri Honda etc.
This because all sub dealer are subsidiaries of OEM dealers.
