I am a one plus 5 user. I purchase the phone on August 2017.I ordered tempered glass from OnePlus store. When I open the package the glass was Shattered. I suddenly call the customer care service for replacement they didn’t receive my call. Then I email complaining OnePlus about it and ask for refund or replacement . I also attached the picture of it. Now its December I didn’t got refunded or got any mail from OnePlus. I am happy with my phone but highly dissatisfied by its after sales service.
