Recently I went to Mussoorie for which I booked hotel room through OyoRooms.com. The room was quite cheap however when I went there I felt cheated because it was in basement. Mussoorie is a hill station and they give me room in basement. When I was booking through their website, I got a call from a guy saying that he is from Oyo Rooms and he can give me same type of room in cheap rates. So I agree and booked through him, he never told me that the room is in basement. I believe they just want to earn commission and doesn’t care of the customer. I escalate this matter to Oyo Room but didn’t get any positive or satisfied response.
