It’s a humble request not to use OYO app. They provide extremely disgusting service. Also they are biggest horrible cheaters and fraud. I booked an hotel which was prepaid, then the customer care people cancelled it and didn’t even provide any refund. Also after calling a zillion times, (out of which 13 times they just told me my voice is not audible which was fake, 8 times they put my call on hold for around 30 to 40 mins each call and then disconnected it) and then told me that the booking was cancelled from my end (again that’s not the truth) and hence didn’t provide me any refund. Sheer frauds they do with our money. So please save yourselves from OYO frauds. Well, one of my call from the zillion calls was also connected to the customer who had this same issue. And then I realised that the OYO does this fraud with everyone, I’m not the only one! Do not waste your money in such OYO frauds. Again you won’t get any assistance from their end as well. Once your money is gone it’s gone! OYO people are very good liers as well. Lied about cancelling my booking also told me cannot refund since that’s not there in their policy. Fraudulently is there in OYO policy but answering our questions is not in their policy.
