I purchased a 2 ton Panasonic Eco Navi Inverter AC, after their engineer surveyed the place and convinced us that we need a 2 ton ac for the space under consideration. We went by his advice, now the ac is not cooling the room when we placed a complaint and idiot was sent to our place who says the room is too big for a two ton ac. I feel seriously cheated by Panasonic.
