This is a pure ghee made from cow . I have purchased it from patanjali shop in a shop near my house . I will use this for cooking purpose, and eating with ghee with idly dosa and making jamoon . I also use this in cooking of several dishes and making sweets .
I found a separate taste of ghee and good real smell of ghee in this product. In several other brands products I will not found this smell and taste of ghee . If we see pack we can see date of manufactured with in a short date. They will give in quantity of 5kgs also. so I prefer others to use this for its purity and freshness
