First of all when you are in hurry n u want a quick recharge , Paytm is never a good option. I have tried so many times and failed. Not just the recharge fails but to even inform us about the recharge failure they take hours. There are many competitors to Paytm and according to me they do a very good job when compared to Paytm. Coming to the shopping part, you hardly get good original products there, 90% of the products available on their website are of cheap quality or fake or duplicate. I have reduced using Paytm drastically because of their poor service.
