How can I write about the product when I have not received it since one month! I ordered an executive chair for my WFH, 3 May I placed the order, and they instantly told me it would come at 31 May. Then, they misguided me that the chair would come from Bangalore, the other person confirmed that No it is Gurgaon. They have been giving us the reason of lockdown, but 15 May was the start of lockdown, they could have easily delivered the chair before that. I have placed many orders from many websites. And this happens to be my worst experience ever. Now I am cancelling my order and never ordering again at Pepperfry, and forget abt recommending it to someone. Not happening in any case.
