I brought my Vespa VXL 125 from Sivaji Motors, Neeramankara, Trivandrum, Kerala on March 2023.
I was happy with my new Vespa and about the service centre since the first service of Vespa in the same month.
Once I contacted the service centre for the second service, May 2023, I was constantly getting feedback that the service centre is under renovation and
My service is under waiting list. I kept on waiting since August 23 and the Odometer reading was about 7000 Km.
I raised a concern at Vespa help desk due to lack of service and I got a call from Vespa and the executive suggested me some service centres.
I travelled about 110 KM one side to get my Vespa serviced from Surya Motors, Tamil Nadu. The service was considered as 4th service and they asked me to get it serviced at 10K km.
Now the Odometer Value is 10K KM and there is a pulling issue in my Vespa and the back tyre is completely worn out. The pictures are attached.
This is my very weird experience and within 8 months my Vehicle has become something like a patient.
