I came to know about printvenue during the GOSF. I had not heard about it earlier but when I checked out the products, they seemed cool. I would have gone for personalized diaries and pendrives. But to check first, I ordered a simple photo magnet.
The order was placed on Dec 13th, 2014. But till date, there is no progress on the delivery. The order is under processing since ages, no tracking record available and nor is their any customer support system. A phone number is provided which goes on ringing and ringing costing a lot of time uselessly.
On the top of it, the site has its first line on the top saying "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED". Bullshit!
