Very bad experience with PNBHL for home loan. First they telling me we will give you 28 lakhs loan then they approved only 27 lakhs. After sanction letter, they rejected my application after 20 days. and said reason company is small. as I had already told them all about my company. And didn’t got the refund of processing fee. so please go with panjab nation housing for home loan purpose. .
