Waiting time for a demo... 3 days ??

I booked a free demo for pureit water purifier 3-4 days ago at Dehradun and till date no one has appeared.


Atleast I must have made 5-6 calls to their toll free number and after explaining them, the call centre chaps say "maafi chaahenge Sir. Tomorrow it will be done". I am listening this for the last 2 days.


If this is the situation before buying this machine, we can very well expect the kind of post sale support from pure it! NO ONE KNOWS THE ADDRESS OF THE SERVICE CENTRE IN DEHRADUN FOR PUREIT! Shocking service from such a large group. Frankly telling you, persons known to me are advising me not to buy this product!
