A friend’s positive recommendation about Ravine Hotel in Panchgini made me to surf more about the place and call them up for reservations for my upcoming March2013 holidays. I ended up calling them on the +91 2168 241060. I was answered by a rude and uncivil voice at the other end.
The call was placed at around 14pm which is neither too early in the day nor too late. Not that time really discounts such a terrible response. The person was insensitive and unconcerned. I asked to check for rates, availability and arrangements. He was absolutely cold and kept insisting on me mailing them the requirements.
When I insisted that I need to speak to some person who can really help me plan my holiday, the call connection went blank! Now I am in two minds!!!
