Hello guys, from last three month I have been using jio mobile a lot. And after using it for this time I have come across all the aspects of this mobile and will genuinly give you my advice regarding this mobile.
This mobile is available in black colour, the body is matt black and the display is more black than body of which size is 2.4 inch. you do not have a good clarity as the pixcels are easily visible also, when I am running many apps simultaniously I felt lack sometimes, which usually started after a month. The performance of the phone does dropped to a great extent as the months passed.
The network of the jio mobile depends wntirely upon the jio signal in your area. But it sometimes drops and rises in the same place also. So it has a mixed or uneven network which sometimes makes it hard to listen to other person and does irritate a lot.
Customer service of the jio is good, as many time I faced problem in sim as the setup of my mobile didn’t functioned in proper manner and I complained to jio service, to which they replied and fixed it quickly.
Talking about the Charging and billing of jio I think that the jio has very less to offer. The recharge of 153 per month is needed to run mobile with internet and tge internet data per day is 500 mb only. Whereas it is better to get jio sim in other mobile and recharge with plan of 399 which gives 1gb data for three months.
