In delivery based transactions, nearly 20% of my "buy" transactions ends up in short delivery with reliance money. I’m not too sure where the problem is . Seller, Exchange or reliancemoney. Relience money says this is problem with the exchange doesn’t not even inform me that there has been a short delivery. Worse , I don’t even get my money back on time. Are any of you facing similar problems ?
I have to keep checking my Demat Balance to find whether the transactions has been succesfull.My friends trading in other platforms say they have not faced similar problems.
Also the product has lot of bugs. Most of the time the values in porfolio screen and the Demat balance screen do not match causing great confusion.
Instatrade doesn’t work most of the time due to connectivity issues and it keeps logging me out for every 3 minutes or so which is higly irritating.
