I was looking to buy a Rolex watch and had heard about buying pre-owned but was a little wary at first. I was afraid I’d end up with a fake watch but Austin over at Time and Gems really helped reassure me. He not only guided me to watch that was both in my price range, but also helped me customize it with a diamond dial and bezel, that would have cost me a couple thousand extra if I bought new. He reassured me that they had a 2 year warranty, and the watch came with original papers and was independently appraised.
I recieved the watch just as promised and my wife LOVES it, I have been looking for awhile for a watch and just wanted to find the one that I thought was perfect for her and now that has been acomplished, I look forward to future business with Time and Gems. I will recommend your company to anyone that is looking for an excellent quality pre owned Rolex.
BTW I ended up going with a: Rolex Ladies 18k President with diamonds that would have cost me$21, 300 USD, and instead received it for$5800 USD!
