My husband is health conscious and keeps track of his Cholesterol levels on regular basis.
Few years back I used to bring any cooking oil where I get something free:) with it at my local grocery store.
However, since my husband noticed high LDL cholesterol levels in his blood test, I became careful on choosing and using the cooking oil for good reasons.
I first have limited our oil intake and did lot of research online to find an oil which at-least does not cause health issues and decided to go with Saffola Gold oil which claims not to impact health.
I use it for my daily deep fry requirements at kitchen.
The food cooked in this oil tastes slightly better than the one I used previously(Fortune Refined).
My husband also takes the snacks occasionally but in limited quantities.
Overall, this oil serves the purpose as we can not completely ignore a cooking oil in Indian kitchen.
Finally, this oil comes in good packaging and the plastic container can be re-used in local household requirements:)
