I have recently used there service for transportation of my home stuff, pls find my experience as below :
They charged lot more than the quotation they give during booking.
If you will opt for the insurance, then they will charge you for the insurance but your insurance never be done and you will not get any receipt or refund for that. (No claim, as insurance was never happened).
They will keep giving you false hopes that it will be delivered next week, next week and next week, and then suddenly they asked for more money to get it transport to you. On after paying the extra money(apart from what you have already given to them during booking) then somehow after few weeks your luggage will reach to you, that also after your 1000 calls to them.
There will be no guarantee or refund for broken or missing items.
In my case I got my complete stuff after 2 months that also after every day follow up and after paying extra amount after booking.
They will never bother to transport your luggage. There work is to just take money from you and pick your stuff. Once they pick it, they will find a cheapest to cheapest way to transport it to you(It doesn’t matter how many days, weeks months it take)
I have analyzed there pattern of reply, on reading my experience they will do following things in reply :
They will deny that am there customer.
They will threaten me to remove my review.
They will ask to call on a number to discuss my concern so that they can exactly track me.
I believe all of there good rating is fake, they themself give them good rating or hire any company to keep the rating high so that people like us can get stuck to them.
Please please don’t use them for transport service.
