These people make mediocre products. The online store has awful customer service. I returned them a pair of shoes within one day of receiving the order (I must barely have worn them for a minute). These guys refused to accept the return saying the product was damaged. To make matters worse, they didn’t even give me any updates on the same before I myself made two inquiries about the status.
The team is slow and incompetent. It’s been 20 days now since I returned their packet, and I have still no clue on what is happening at their end. I neither have the money nor the shoes I had unfortunately purchased.
Don’t buy from Salt n Pepper!
P.S. Their COD charges (Rs.100) are completely out of sync from the market rate where websites charge no more than 50 bucks.
