I always had Refrigerator and was happy but now need to think due to #samsungcustomer care.
I had Purchased Samsung Fridge double side door.
I started seeing small hairline crack on the freezer compartment.Intially I ignored.
And since 1yr there 5cracks and through length.(Cracks are like cracks on wall )
I had written mail to Samsung and technician visited.
After that I’m only following Samsung...then had written mail to #SamsungCEO desk.
Then the executive called me said it’s out of warranty we can’t do anything.I requested him To send me regarding same ...he denied.
I against raised complain at CEO desk ...there is telephonic talk and sweet word “out of Warranty”and “so we will get back to you”.But No mail reverts inspite of requesting.
I do agree the refrigerator is out of warranty...but developing such cracks looks like there material defect used in product and #Samsung is #disowning their Product !
We had requested Samsung to send expert and study why such product defect !
But I think Samsung is not interested !
