Worst customer Service and Quality

I bought 2 samsung products, galaxy s2. The phone is getting overheated frm the first day. I visited the service center 3 -4 times, but every time they keep my phone for 2-3 days and returns me saying problem is solved bt not solved in reality.They even used my mobile for that period with their sim card and memory card. At last I think hv to sell it.


Galaxy Tab >> Visited service center for os upgradation, and did not returned for a long time, after more than 1 month they gave me a new samsung galaxy s and 2000 Rupees instead of my tab.
