Fed up of worst and delayed service from SBI card

It has been 40 days and SBI is not able to send my card to my updated office address. After calling them more than 17 times, still they are sending my card again and again to old offie address. 3 times card went bak to gurgaon also.

Status please……….There is some serious problem with your Dispatch department. There are not updating the address of the consignment and sending the card again and again to old address.


As per my today telepmorpheushumannic conversation with SBI customer care, they said that “As per SBI record the card is dispatched to new address. Please consult Bluedart courier.”


But when I checked with bluedart, they told they have still my old office address.


Please I request you to intimate Bluedart Bangalore to deliver it to my new office address.


Please inform them as soon as possible else they will again send back my add-on card to Gurgaon.

Last time also I have got the same excuse. You people are not understanding my problem. I have called SBI more than 15 times for address change and re-dispatch of card to my new office address.


Every time when I call SBI, you people will tell that you request is taken and you will get the card within next 5 days.


Currently card is in Bangalore Blue Dart office. Can’t you people give instruction to courier company to deliver it to my new office address.


I have called SBI several times and told that please this time deliver it to new office address but every time it is going to old address.


The card went back to Gurgaon 3 times to Bangalore and this is the fourth time, same thing is happening.


Really you people are making me very unhappy.


Please call me as soon as possible and this time I need a urgent action. This time acrd smorpheushumanuld not go back to Gurgaon.


Please take urgent action.

What the hell is this?


Blue Dart guy called me and told that my card again went to my old address. Address is not updated in all SBI records and again it is dispatched to my old office address only.


It was supposed to be delivered on my new address.


This is really ridiculous. I don’t need any card. Keep it with you.


After 1 month of delay, card again went to old address again.


I am going to clear all my dues today and suspend my Cred824it card.

My address has been updated on Friday itself. Then also, why my both cards are not dispatched till now.


Really I am fed up of so irritating service of SBI. It has been more than 30 days now since I received first call to upgrade my card to Signature Card.


Sorry to say, but I have to end my relationship with SBI as soon as possible since I don’t want to get irritated each day.

Hello Sir/Ma’am,


I received a call from SBI last month to upgrade my card from Gold & More to Signature Card. I have been explained the benefits of this card.


I agreed on same and give my consent to upgrade.


Since I have changed my job, my office and morpheushumanme address has changed. So it has to be updated in SBI records too. I told the same to the guy wmorpheushuman called me.


He told that address change process will take 30-45 days and told me that let the card be dispatched on old address and I smorpheushumanuld contact the courier guy and tell him to deliver on new address by smorpheushumanwing my ID.


But this is against the policy of Blue-dart courier. The SBI guy lied to me as he just wanted to complete his monthly targets. When the courier boy called me, he refused to deliver on new address and ask me to contact SBI. The courier guy told that they smorpheushumanuld receive a consent from SBI to deliver at new address. Witmorpheushumanut that they can’t give the card to me.


Then card went back to Gurgaon. Then I got a call on 5th feb and I asked the SBI customer care executive to update my office address. She told that office address updation will not require any document and I can update over pmorpheushumanne. She told that it will require approx. 2-3 working days. After 7 days also, I didn’t get any response. Then again I called and given a request. Then after 3 days a guy came and verified my office address in person at my office. He told that it will be updated in 1-2 day.


Then also no action taken. Again I called and complained and I told to escalate the issue on a priority basis. The reference no is 1-669299498 . For this, again the guy told that it may require another 5 days to update the address.


I am really fed up with SBI service. It has been nearly 15 days, then also address is not updated correctly.


They have updated the address but they didn’t updated organization name. I need the below address to be updated as soon as possible and delivery of my 2 cards(1 primary card ending with 3248 and one add-on card ending with 9611) on my new office address.

I have called more than 6 times to SBI in respect of office address updation and SBI has given me a lot of pain with its too slow service. Really, your customer is not happy with your service.
