I was traveling alone .I booked ticket from K R Puram. They picked up by van and dropped at Anand Rao circle by 9 p.m. My bus was at 10.30p.m. From 9 p.m I was waiting at anand rao circle seabird office only to get bus to Sirsi.
They didn’t come inside the office only when bus arrived. I waited till 10.45p.m and thought bus delayed due to traffic. But later I asked in the office. They said bus passed at 10.30p.m.
The staff of sea bird showed very worst behavior. In every other travels they will confirm whether the passengers are all boarded or not before leaving the starting point or any pick up point. But in this they didn’t call only. Later saying we called but you didn’t pick up.
I said them to show the details in call register but they failed. They didn’t call only. I was traveling alone a single girl. How they can show such irresponsible behavior. Then later they sent me in another bus till Nelamangala toll.
Another incident on the same day happened for a lady. She needed to get down at Shimoga.
ut the bus people didn’t call only shimoga by coming inside the passengers area and later saying we called but you didn’t come. And later she got down at Sagara. In every stop they are not calling the place name only.
In both cases they showed very bad and irresponsible behavior with a lady. If this things happens where is the security for a lady who is traveling alone.
So I request each and every girl/woman please please please don’t ever dare to book sea bird. If you didn’t get seat today in any other travels book tom. Nothing will happen.Give priority to safety.
And to say about bus very bad infrastructure. No proper curtains. Bus is not et all clean. Very worst experience I had.
