I had been using Flipkart and Amazon for a long time. But recently, during the winter, I found few trendy and cool items on Shein.com, so without a second thought, I placed my order on 3 items, namely A Full-sleeve T-Shirt, a Hoodie, and a Casual Top for my sister.
I waited for the items to get delivered soon.
But, I really was Disappointed later.
The Hoodie was OK, but the Top that was delivered, had a Different Design, than that, which was ordered.
But, the more problem was when I found the T-shirt was of an uncomfortable size, and was not fitting, which could have been my fault while placing the order. But, when I placed request for replacement, the pick-up boy Did Not Come on the mentioned date, and even I called on the number, that was given in the SMS, but no response either. After contacting the Office, a pick-up boy was arranged, and came finally.
I really need to say the Customer Service scheme is Poor, and They should take care of what is actually being ordered, and send the Correct Item.
