I ordered one t-shirt and one jeans from shopclues few weeks back and I am really very disappointed with the services.First of all both the products was not at all good, T-shirt was teared from the underarms side and the jeans was so short even after when I ordered one size big from my actual fit.
And when I approached them for the return, they took 5 days to take both the items back.And till now I did not got my money in my bank account and they are saying that they have processed the refund from their end but it is not processed from my bank. This was my first and last experience with shopclues, I will never suggest anyone to shop from this website.
