My worst experience ever in online shooping is from shopesclues they are ripping us off by showing catchy deals and cheapper products but reallity is they sent bad quility or damaged or reused products, I have ordered a TAB from shopclues & it was faulty, so I went to the service centre but service center refuse me to give the service because shopclues brought it from unauthorised vendor.After long discussion with shopclues they agreed to replace with a new product & I returned the tab with my own expense, they generate new order ID against the product but it has been one month till now I have not get tab, I called them but now they don’t have any idea or trace about the new generated product ID.
