I ordered a Reebok Belt under a deal. The belt was duplicate as it was supposed to be. I contacted shopclues and the buyer. Buyer didn’t respond. Shopclues asked me to go to a Reebok outlet and get it verified.I got it certified duplicate. Now, they wanted me to take a pic and send it to their quality department for evaluation.
It was the limit of my patience and I asked them to end the drama and keep the money.
They agreed to a refund but never gave one. Shopclues is a haven for sellers who want to sell cheap products as they are protected. I am never buying from them again and wouldn’t recommednd anyone.
This is the worst sell/buy platform. Never trust for any of your needs. Attractive prices for cheap products. Reminds me of those Tele Shopping programs which I know are always cheap and fake.
