Absurd and completely unprofessional attitude of the merchant/website....I had placed my order on 01.08.13 and expected the product at home max in 5 days...its the 9th of August right now and I am still waiting. When I called Shopclues customer support on the 7th, I was told that the product is in transit I think around 15 times by the customer support agent as if either I dont understand English or my network was bad.
Finally when I suggested that he should get in touch with the courier company and ask them to push my product delivery at the earliest, the agent relented and agreed to email and call me back about the same. How fortunate! Well, as I assumed...I did not receive any call back...instead What I did get was a msg and email congratulating me and informing me that my order no- 5546355 (Classic Mosquito Net - King Size) has been complete n ive earned 26 clues bucks. Ridiculous!
Who cares for the clues bucks if the service is this bad? Ive yet to recieve my order...and think it was a terrible mistake on my part to have shopped with shopclues, when the same product was available on healthkart.com for cheaper. I dont think shopclues.com will have a loyal buyer base with logistic and customer support like this.
I received a call today saying that I should be receiving my product tomorrow by noon. My fingers crossed with the mosquitos invading my room every nite. ;X
