Lets look in this example:
I was going through a website showing that Shopclues has a pigeon rapideo cute induction in just 1199.00, so I ordered it. The MRP was around 2200.00. the order was successful. I got my savings account debited.
Now come to the problem:
They delivered it in 5-6 days in the evening on 9-9-13. As soon as I got the package, I opened it and what did I see? I saw it damaged from sides, the base plastic was broken/damaged. I instantly placed my complain and return request, and see today I am here on MouthShut. They don’t even call their customers. Actually they are doing the business on just commission which is 10% from the local vendors of different cities. Now u can understand how come they sell a 2200.00 on just 1200.00. This is called online shopping.
So friends plz think 100 times b4 buying from Shopclues as they don’t have inventory/stock.
