I purchased everything from good and trusted sites like Flipkart and amazon.
My friend said that shopclues is cheaper and is good, hence I purchased a water purifier from a seller who sold an Aquasure Supreme 18L water purifier at INR 3600+ Delivery charges. I purchased it and the product was delivered at my door step after 4 days.
I called multiple times for installation, but no one showed up; which happens all the time in online purchases. I was unsatisfied but has happened to me earlier so I was not very upset.
I filed a return immediately, so I got a number from Shopclues for pickup. When I called up the guy said he doesn’t pick-up in my area and asked me to send return request again. this happened twice more.
I called up shopclues customer care. which was my mistake. the guy who picked up the call said that the pin code I entered is wrong. I mean how did they manage to deliver the article in first place if pin code was wrong; but seems like they are not ready to listen.
I then looked up for the dealer who sold this product and found out that there is no name registered as DK Enterprises and there was no contact detail.
In the end, I called up the company Aquasure for installation and they sent an engineer for installation, but the package didn’t have some purifying tube in it. which costed me additional 2500 rupees.
The purifier is running fine now. but better be aware of the shopclues because they are not very good at after sales.
