I am not at all satisfied with its service. I ordered a wallet on 23rd of december and the order approval is still processing( 28/12/17) . I dont know how long it will take to complete the processing. Later I found that there is no option to track orders from within the app. The only way to track is through the SMS link and it do not work everytime.
There is no wide range of products to choose from. Do not buy anything from shopclues. Everything takes time in shopclues.
