Shopclues...waste of money

I ordered one Sony powerbank from shopclues and it’s completely useless. It’s charging only one time though it has 10000 mah capacity.

I raised return product complain but till now no one came to take the product back. I am only getting messages that someone will come and take the product.

In emails also no one has replied till now.please don’t buy anything from shopclues. It’s a waste of time and money.

Shameless shopclues.
