Nokia lumia 620. still waitng for the product

I placed an order Nokia Lumia 620 wit an offer nokia bluetooth headset bh-112. my order id is 3002203168. and my mob no is 09887123450.. I want to know the reason that what I did not get my product before my


maximum expected delivery date. my shipping date was 19th April and I got a call from ravi from shipping department. he asked me that can we provide you freebies Nokia bluetooth bh-111 instead of bh-112.


I said yes. then he said that your product will be shipped on 22nd April. Sorry for the inconvenience. on 22nd I got a mail that my order has cancelled and new order has generated in where I will not get bluetooth headset. and I will get a bag and a sipper. I asked on 09024666666 that why did you do this without asking me and when  Mr. Ravi has said to me from shipping department that I will get bh-111 and my order will be shipped on 22nd april, then why is this happening. your executive told me that sorry sir but we can not do anything but we can make a mail to mr. ravi and he will call you back today. I did not received any call on 22nd till 07:30 then I called again on 09024666666 and your new executive told me that your order


has cancelled and said that I have made a complain for refund.


So now I want to ask is a joke. what the hell is going on.

  • you did not shipped or delivered my product before the maximum expected date?

  • when you gave me a new date 22nd april of shipping. why did not you ship it.

  • I received a call that I will get bh-111 instead of bh-112 then why

my offer changed without asking to me and after 19th-if your product


is out of stock then how can you changed my offer or cancelled my


order even if it has ordered on 10th april.


-on 22nd again you regenerated my order without asking to me?

  • and again on 22nd I got a new information that my order has

cancelled itself. how?


-and your executive told me that I have made a request for refund.


why? I want my order cause its not my fault that you  cancelled my


order.


I want my order Nokia Lumia 620 and offer Nokia bluetooth bh-111 as soon as possible within this month.


My new order id is 3002246580. I have waited a lot and very much frustrated and I have got a very very


bad experience of shopping on this site. please do not make it more worse and do not make this order more complicated. Its my humble polite request to you all please shipped my order as soon as possible.
