Product Quality:
I bought this item in Oct 2016, sound quality is good. After using for 2 months, sound stopped coming form one ear piece, by this time my flipkart warranty return date was expired and I had to file for warranty claim. One of my friends bought the same product and it stopped working in a few days. After doing some research on the issue, I found that many people are facing the same issue. So the product is defective!
The design is average with not so much detailing.
Performance is great as per the price range but the performance lasts only few days as mentioned above.
Warranty Claim Experience:
The process for claiming warranty is tedious and is not easy to find online. After contacting Flipkart customer care, Skullcandy Customer care and BrandEyes(Skullcandy distributor in India), I came to know that I have to register earphones in "intersection site", fill a claim form and send the product via courier to Noida. I had bought this product for 500 and courier cost came up to additional 200 bucks. it took me around 1 month to get the earphones fixed(or replaced in my case) and they didnt even bother to send me the exact same product rather they sent me a different colour variant which I hated in the first place
