Visited your website about 6-7 months ago & after going through all the services you provide, I became your member. Yesterday on 8th Oct I had problem starting my car in the evening at about 4:30. I was stuck at MG Road Gurgaon. When I called tour helpline no 41323232 I was told that there is no service available as your own service vehicle had broken down & the phone was disconnected.
It is very hard for me to believe that you make such big promises that you are ISO 9001-2000 certified & a member of so many associations, have only one service vehicle available for Gurgaon (This is what I was told over the phone). I had to spent money from my pocket to get the car started & had to suffer mentally.
I for sure will not renew my membership with you & also put my reviws on mouthshut .com, so that other people
