WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!
1) Late delivery
2) Poor packaging
3) I got totally different color.
I ordered pink color portable speaker but instead received black ones. No help from customer care.
Plus when I am asking for refund deh they are saying that they will again check the product and if its fine then only they can proceed. Nd this will not take in any case less than 15-20 days.
When I got to talk to d customer care executive after a long hold time, he said that he cannot guide me for refund I will have to call some other person. Dey are lazy and pathetic.
